Get exact time from the device

Just checking if this is still an open issue.

I don't think this could be something that androidqf should try to fix for extracted files as it is intended only for extractions.

Probably we could add more information on acquisition.json 1 2 but without modifying any extracted file.

It could be a value with the current date-time from the device similar to started value and then mvt could try to check this two values, if there is a difference then mvt could try to fix it.
