Happens all the time on Mac OS apparently

Looks like a file must still be open in a.StoragePath. We probably have an open files hanging in StoragePath.

Yes command.log is still open during that step. Closing that before is tricky because it would leave out the zipping and encryption part. However I think this is unavaidable
