Update licence headers

Hola @Te-k !

Just checking out if this is still an issue/need.

At this time the repo has:

• License in README. Here we have a URL pointing to https://license.mvt.re/1.1/ but it is not loading. Probably changing to MVT documentation license could be better, or directly to the license repo.
• LICENSE file. This is a copy of the current LICENSE, which seems to be the same from license repo.

So, what should be updated or what was the issue here?
