[MIP-2] Calculations are wrong - skewed due to block time differences.
Average "real" block time for the last 10000 blocks are currently at 34.04 seconds. which changes almost all calculations mentioned on MIP-2 For example mining 1.000.000 blocks take 409 days (not 365 as stated in the proposal) This is a difference of 12% Calculations on the proposal has to be revised because of the reasons:
- emitted ETP per duration(year) is wrong
- ETP to be locked (assumed half of mined coins in MIP) per year is wrong
- the amount of time required for coins deposited to be unlocked is wrong
