MyETPWallet iPhone 12 word recovery phrase

I have a MyETPWallet on my iPhone but something changes and I cannot login. I suspect maybe an update to the iPhone version. I still have my original 12 word recovery phrase but when I try to restore the wallet with this phrase, there is only a 24 word version. What do you do?

Are you sure you used myetpwallet to generate your 12 words? myetpwallet always used 24 words Maybe those 12 words were generated using a different wallet like Magnum wallet?
