MVR: Projector and VideoScreen cannot use Mappings

There are currently three different ways to define video-server media sources depending on whether a device gets considered a Fixture, Projector or VideoScreen.

These should all be exactly the same - at what point does a video projector become a fixture?

• Is a Robe ProMotion a fixture or a projector?
• Are the DMX-controllable projectors that Barco and Epson make fixtures or projectors?

This also means that some of the document is unclear

• ScaleHandeling says it's only for MappingDefinition, however it's also used by Projection.
• VideoScreen doesn't support media scaling at all.

I would strongly recommend that all available input sources should be defined within AUXData. This allows an importer to immediately determine whether the MVR is supportable given its limitations of the number and type of live streaming sources, video clips and static images, without having to parse the entire file and de-duplicate all the input definitions.
