"Start day" cause "Settings keep stopping"

Describe the bug

After updating to Android 14, setting the "Start day" will cause "Settings keep stopping".

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to MinCal.
2. Tap "Start Day".
3. Nothing happened.
4. Tap "Start Day" again.
5. System show a "Settings keep stopping" message box.

Expected Behavior

It should work as it did in Android 13.
