start and end value as Double, Labels and Decimals

Hi, I have a few questions.

1. is there a way to use double values instead of int for start and end?
2. Can the number of decimals shown under the speedometer be customised?
3. Is there a way to attach a prefix or suffix to the value? (e.g. 1.409v or € 99.99 )?
