gitlab-ci-pipelines-exporter "freeze" when gitlab is updated (docker-compose)

I have gitlab-ci-pipelines-exporter and gitlab on same docker-compose, when gitlab image is updated, gitlab-ci-pipelines-exporter doesn't update metrics until his image is also recreated (restart is not efficiency)
