This issue has been reported at https://wordpress.org/support/topic/multisite-my-sites-menu-links-broken

The links in My Sites menu is broken when you try to access them from a site which has the WordPress HTTPS plugin activated.

To reproduce:

  1. Create a multisite installation with at least one other site besides the primary site
  2. Install WordPress HTTPS but do not activate network wide
  3. Go to the primary site admin and activate WordPress HTTPS
  4. Open the My Sites menu or go to Network > Sites and follow the Dashboard link of a secondary site

The URL will be something like https://wordpress.domain.tld/wp-admin/subsite.wordpress.domain.tldwp-admin/

When WordPress HTTPS is network activated, the links work correctly.

The problem in many cases is that one only want SSL on the main site, not on sub sites.

Thanks to ravanh for his support ticket
