install thumbor using official requirements and add ffmpeg support

• install all thumbor packages using [all] oficial tag

This adds about 600 MB additionally to the docker image. This can't seem right:

Could you please check if it's either ffmpeg or thumbor[all] that adds to the size? Is there a way to reduce the build size?

I didn't find any official packages for a minimal or light ffmpeg
