Set items in the booktree to collapsed by default

Having all books collapsed by default makes it much easier to jump between them. I think this is a more frequently needed requirement than seeing all matches.

Regarding the second commit: This was necessary for the code to compile on Kubuntu 20.04. It seems (#34) that this would also be necessary to keep the code compatible with Debian Buster!
