Advertise Japanese language support

This should be fixed after #28.

On macOS, qolibri currently only advertises English as a supported interface language: スクリーンショット 2020-04-19 9 37 56 It is possible to start in Japanese via the terminal, e.g.: LANG=ja_JP.UTF-8 open /Applications/qolibri.app, but this should be improved.
