Describe the bug There are duplicate items in the automation trigger, condition and action dropdowns.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a device automation
2. Select Philips Hue Play HDMI Sync Sox device
3. Open trigger, condition or action dropdowns
4. Duplicate actions listed

Expected behavior No duplicate actions
