Note also that the surfaces imported into pycortex will not look aligned to the T1 when opened with freeview (this happens also with surfaces computed on 1mm isotropic data). But...

I will close this PR as the bug has been fixed. Please feel free to open an issue if there are still problems with importing sub-mm volumes.
