To which purpose? We're not testing singularity. I think the critical parts are actually tested in the integration tests.

Finally found @jmchilton's https://github.com/galaxyproject/galaxy/pull/16564, this should be a good compromise for nonsense values like fastq, csfasta and so on, we just need to extend the values.

If you can make these optional imports (sound like the interface is mostly compatible with gzip ?) I think that would be a nice extension.
