Plugins and http headers (suggestion)

Hi,

first of all, thanks for this package I've found very easy to use and usefull.

A suggestion (easy to implement), more than a bug report:

• call ingress plugins in reverse order compared to egress
• add custom http headers before the plugins are called, so that plugins can inspect custom headers and adapt their behaviour
