Support bootstrap5

Support bootstrap5.html as well (good change it's the same as version 4). We will provide a pr on short notice.

If the html is the same providing a bootstrap5.html which extends bootstrap4.html will do the job (prefer to have 5.html just to communicatie that 5 is supported as well despite the fact there is no diff with version 4).
