New home for LaTeX package bundle thmtools
For versions before [tag/0.69](https://github.com/muzimuzhi/thmtools/releases/tag/0.69), these files are picked from texlive's svn repo, hence has historical value. For newer versions, these should be provided from release page but not in git...
Subfiles are not necessarily having `.sty` extension. Personally, I prefer file names like `thmtextension.mdframed.code.tex` or `thmdef.code.tex`.
As far as I can see, the `qed` key for `\declaretheoremstyle`/`declaretheorem` is not fully documented. It is present on page 6, but it is missing in listings in Chapter 3.
