How to import the template?

I cann't start service on the android device which the version is 7.1.2 , i got an error when i am start the service. "Failed to get active checks : host [test1] not found"

Do you set up host "test1" (Hostname - not visual name) in zabbix server? If the host not exist, it don't work!
