Feature request: Add a refresh button that removes mods that user is no longer subscribed to on the workshop.

Thank you for this resource, it's a godsend

A couple of days ago, as previously mentioned. a native Apple Silicon version was released. The Apple version of the launcher contains no refresh button which makes it hard to further assess what mods are currently in play versus mods that are no longer used.
