Two bugs in the new version

I think the new functionality (resizable boxes!) brings huge improvements for the repo. Dark mode is great and saveable/loadable workflows are just what it needed. But i found some problems:

• If two boxes end up so that one is completely coverd by the other you can from then on only move the one you created first. Even if you make this box invisible, it will be moved (invisibly), but not the visible one. Suggestion: Maybe just making the measures-box (in the middle of the square on the canvas i mean) the handle for dragging would be enough. Two boxes will virtually never be in the same spot, so that should fix it.
• When do an F5-reload, some previously deleted boxes are reloaded again

Thanks for reporting these. I haven't been able to reproduce the first bug but I'll take a look. I have noticed the second bug as well. Working on it!
