Compile with lts-7.14

Updated v1.9.0 so it compiles with its-7.14 and also latest nightly.

I am not convinced I have done the right thing for the Eq1 and Ord1 instances, it was mainly guesswork but it compiles.

This is the stack.yaml I used:

I checked out all the repos and updated them to 1.9.0 tag, and with these changes it builds with lts-7.14.
