The link checker is failing for almost a year now, but isn't opening new issues anymore.

I saw that technote-space/broken-link-checker-action has been archived. Maybe we should switch to another solution like https://github.com/marketplace/actions/check-links-with-linkcheck if we want to continue to check linkts.
