Add support for Wayland

Check if wayland is used with loginctl and use wl-paste for pasting image. Distro must use systemd. Fix https://github.com/mushanshitiancai/vscode-paste-image/issues/92

I added this same support in a forked project for Dendron, great minds think alike! Hopefully this will be accepted here as well. https://github.com/dendronhq/dendron-paste-image/pull/1
