voices install but do not run

Hello, in the latest version of the addon, when installing a voice, it's not able to retrieve voice data. As a result, it's unable to execute voices.

Steps to test

1. Download any PT-BR voice using the addon.
2. After installation is complete, restart NVDA.

Error

When clicking on "Change" to switch the speech synthesizer in NVDA, the addon doesn't appear in the list, and the following error appears in the log: RuntimeError: Failed to load config from file: `Failed to parse model config from file: `C:\Users\Marco\AppData\Roaming\nvda\piper\voices\voice-pt-br-faber-low\pt_BR-faber-medium.onnx.json`. Caused by: `invalid type: string "c", expected i64 at line 16 column 12``.
