Icons in buttons are vertically off center in Style dialog

Seems to be a problem with the newer pages in the Style dialog (see Chord symbols and Fretboard diagrams)

Also, part of the bottom area of buttons in the dialog has lost its background color, showing the scrollable area behind it (second screenshot)
