• apply retrograde plugin. [nothing seems to happen]
• try entering more notes.

Can reproduce on my side. The issue occurs in nightly builds based on Qt6.9.1

It seems more likely to me that this is related to https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/pull/28307 than to the Qt update. @XiaoMigros Could you please take a look?
