Simultaneously offsetting multiple fingering markings produces strange result

Open ma-b opened this issue 8 months ago • 0 comments

Issue type

UX/Interaction bug (incorrect behaviour)

Description with steps to reproduce

  1. Create a new score
  2. Add a couple of notes and apply right-hand fingering markings from the "Guitar" palette
  3. Select two of the markings, go to the Properties > Appearance panel and gradually decrement their vertical offsets (using the button)

Expected behaviour: Both items move up in parallel. Actual behaviour: At some point during the process, one item suddenly changes position and starts counting its offset from zero.

I believe the root cause of this issue could be related to #22622. I'm reporting this separately here in case there is a simpler workaround that would fix simultaneous offsets, without the need to resolve #22622 completely.
