Fix cross staff glissando angle and improve note anchored line layout

Cross-staff-cross-stave glissando lines now have a consistent gradient across segments.
I have also separated out the majority of the glissando layout code and used it to layout note anchored text lines. These are added via Add > Lines > Note anchored line.
Note anchored lines have finally been promoted to their own element and have been given a palette item! Congratulations note-anchored line! They can be added like glissandos and guitar bends - by selecting the start and end note, or if only the start note is selected they will automatically find the best case end note.
When opening pre-4.5 scores containing note-anchored lines, they are converted to the new internal representation. To preserve the look of old scores, the new glissando-like layout style is not applied immediately. Lines must be reset with 'Reset shapes and positions' before the new layout applies.
Oh, one last thing about the new vtests @miiizen: it's a good idea to set the page size of the vtest to just fit the music it needs to fit (as opposed to having a full A4 page like some tests do which is a total waste and is also annoying) but do leave a little bit of page margins. Not just for aesthetics, but also because mistakes could cause things to flow out of the margins (has happened many times before) in which case it's convenient for the test to have a bit of margin, so that out-of-margin things are still in visible in the image :)
I’m guessing this is not intended, but the menu item “Add / Lines / Note anchored line” now seems permanently grayed out. Regardless of what if anything is selected, I can’t seem to use the menu to add the line. The palette, however, works very nicely. Is this still WIP or should I open an issue? Or am I misunderstanding something about how the menu now works?
@MarcSabatella Good spot, and yes the menu option should still function as before - do feel free to raise an issue and we'll add it to the pre-release stack.
