Allow custom colour for display of invisible items

Your idea

In Advanced Properties add an option to customise the colour of items that are invisible in the score.

Problem to be solved

In some cases it is difficult to identify in standard score view whether an item has been set to be visible or invisible. In the example the difference between the invisible pedal line and the visible pedal line is quite subtle. When standing alone it is difficult to distinguish between them. This difficulty could be overcome by allowing a different, non-grey colour to be assigned to invisible items as a category, as we now have in V 4.4 for formatting items.
