1.Backup files should not be created near to the current score folder (the same path),set it to another universal path (like SIbelius)

from @DmitryArefiev : that option can be placed to Preferences>Folders tab:

The regression here is only in point 2:

2. Backup can close by user, this function works on 3.6.x

But this was logged separately (#14973)
