'Flip direction' shortcut action doesn't work on new dynamics & hairpins

As of the addition of the 'Auto' position property in dynamics in hairpins, the 'Flip direction' shortcut (typing the X key with an element selected) no longer lets you move the element above or below the staff.

Steps to reproduce

In a 4.4 build...

1. Add a dynamic or hairpin to the score
2. Press X
3. See that it doesn't move

Expected behavior

If Position is set to AUTO...

• ... and the dynamic is BELOW the staff
  • pressing X sets Position to Above
  • pressing X again sets Position to Below
  • pressing X again sets Position to Above... etc (it never cycles back to 'Auto')
• ... and the dynamic is ABOVE the staff
  • pressing X sets Position to Below
  • pressing X again sets Position to Above
  • ...
