Steps to reproduce
Consider this input file created by MuseScore.
Exporting as an uncompressed MusicXML gives this file, which is fully correct, AFAICS (except that the selected <divisions> value 480 can't be divided by 9 without rest, which is somewhat fishy IMHO).
However, re-importing this MusicXML file into MuseScore fails completely:

MusicXML nested tuplet import has not yet been implemented, currently leading to weird and incorrect import. This has been true for all current and previous MuseScore versions.
