Tied notes have wrong note duration

Bug description

Tied notes do not have the same length as a normal none tied note.

Steps to reproduce

You can try this in Musescore 4. Simply add a full note, then add 2 tied half notes.

Issue stems from https://musescore.org/en/node/363308, which implies ther the 4.3 Beta still has the issue

@bkunda 4.2.1 I believe, I think its still an issue in 4.3 as it wasn't in any changelogs to say it was fixed
