Bug description

At any dynamic piano or lower, the concert toms will not produce any sound.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create new score
2. Add instrument Concert Toms
3. Add a few notes
4. Add dynamic piano/pp
5. Observe as the toms do not produce sound
