"Send to YouTube" function does not generate virtual piano keyboard

Bug description

As I understand from @RomanPudashkin, when the video converter was last re-written, the ability to export the virtual piano keyboard was lost.

The project manager of musescore.com has requested that this feature please be reintroduced when possible.

Steps to reproduce

1. In the score view on musescore.com, click "Share to YouTube"
2. Follow the process until the video is live on YouTube
3. Observe absence of virtual piano keyboard in YouTube video
