[MU4 Issue] Jump markers (and more?) on multi-measure rest not linked to their "original" on a normal measure

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create score
2. Open (create) the parts
3. Create a "Fine" marking on the full score
4. Enable multi-measure rests in the full score too
5. Edit the "Fine" marking (for example, change the text)
6. See errors:
   • Disable multi-measure rests in the full score -> the changes to the "Fine" marking are lost; they come back if you enable multi-measure rests again
   • Look at the part score: the change is not reflected here

Expected behavior Probably the element on the MMRest measure should be linked to the element on the normal measure, but I'm not 200% sure that this won't have scary side effects.
