[MU4 Issue] Corrupted measures re-corrupted after manually fixing them and saving/reopening

Corrupted measures that remain corrupted (or revert to corrupted) after being fixed in a session (measures #195, 196, 211-213, all stave 1)

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Bar 195, 196, 211-213
  2. Re-enter notes to create a bar with the right number of beats
  3. Save, close and re-open
  4. Go back to affected bars and they are corrupted again

No one can reproduce this at present. Will reopen if the issue reappears.
