[MU4 Issue] Wrong Instrument Order In Parts

Describe the bug After I created a new part and made a selection of instruments visible they are displayed in the wrong order. I've tried to adjust the order however it still ends up in the wrong order, some times it switches the places of instruments.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Parts'
  2. Create New Part
  3. Select instruments you want visible.
  4. See error

Expected behavior To show instruments in the order that matches the side Instrument Panel.

Additional context Score is a converted score from MS3.

This is also an issue on Windows 10 with a score created in MS4.

Got the same bug as the screenshot above in MS 4.0, but seems to be fixed in latest master:
