[playback issue] Muse Sounds glissando playback stalled to the end of the note

Describe the bug pitch bending glissando does not start happening until the end of the note instead of being an even pitch bend over the whole duration of the note (if using Muse Sounds)

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. in a slow tempo, add a portamento gliss from a long note to another pitch
2. press play to hear the gliss does not start immediately

Expected behavior the pitch bend should start the moment the gliss line starts, and stay at the same rate of pitch change for the whole duration of the note
