[MU4 Issue] Not possible to directly select hidden tuplet numbers/brackets
Describe the bug
There are two ways to hide a tuplet number/bracket. If you make it invisible (V) you can find it again as long as "Show invisible" is ticked (View).
However, if you set Number/Bracket type to "None" you cannot select the tuplet number/bracket again after deselecting it..
In MS3 there was a UI component at the bottom of the Inspector which allowed you to select a tuplet bracket/number, even if hidden, from the note itself:

There is no such feature (AFAICS) in MS4. In addition Alt+ left/right does not select tuplet number/brackets.
Expected behavior
Even if you set the tuplet number/bracket to "None", there should be a way to navigate to it; perhaps from the parent note like MS3.
Platform information
OS: Linux Mint 20.1, Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 4.0.0-223580304, revision: github-musescore-musescore-d759f29
+1 for this one. I just wanted to open the same bug. I've hidden the tuplet numbers by selecting None instead of unticking the visibility and know I don't know how to show them back or click on Tuplets to edit their properties. The properties panel is missing the Tuplet section.
I think the expected behaviour here is to make the properties panel show the Tuplet section when the tuplet or any note in the tuplet is selected.
I also tried the selection context menu -> more, but it wouldn't let me choose tuplets.
In this case, I'd suggest that the user should still be able to click on the tuplet (and see the handles) even though it is not visible at all.
I think this is different to making it invisible (which works fine).
Workaround: highlight the inaccessible tuplets along with a "dummy" tuplet with a visible bracket/number, select the dummy bracket/number and choose "Similar in this range", and restore the settings in Properties.

Just came up again in https://musescore.org/de/node/357229
