Slur collision correction (ignore all text-base items)

Resolves: #15455

I probably should have realized this earlier. Slurs should ignore (in terms of collision-avoidance) all text-based items and there is already a convenient "isTextBase" flag to do that.

Has this fix been pushed with 4.0.1? Because I still have this issue.

No. 4.0.1 was for the most pressing issues around crashes and file corruption.
