[MU4 Issue] Tuplet numbers or fingering collide with slur

Describe the bug After adding a tuplet, adding a slur to the next note will collide with the tuplet number if stem direction is different.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Have a tuplet with stems up, followed by a note with stem down Add a slur. The resulting slur will collide with the tuplet number

Expected behavior Either the slur should rise higher, or the tuplet number should move slightly to the right.

#17719 could solve this if implemented, if you don't want to move the numbers Maybe there could be an engraving setting that lets you set what you prefer (white out background or collision avoidance)

I have recently encountered this problem myself. It looks bad from the point of view of engraving.
