Describe the bug Note input isn’t disabled when switching to Publish tab, causing click & drag of score to be disabled

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a score
2. Select note input mode
3. Switch to Publish tab
4. Try to drag the score

Expected behavior Note input is disabled internally and you can drag the score.

I'm assuming you're referring to panning across the score, in which case, I have been able to reproduce this issue on MacOS Monterey.
