[MU4 Issue] Windows+Shift+Arrow does not work on monitors with different resolutions when maximized.

Describe the bug Cannot use Windows+Shift+Arrow to move maximized window from 4k monitor to 1080p monitor.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior on Windows 11:

1. Open MuseScore 4 on a 4k monitor and press the maximize button.
2. Try to use Windows+Shift+Left/Right to move it to a monitor with 1080p resolution (probably just any different resolution)

Expected behavior Just like with any other app on windows 11 it should re-maximize on the 1080p monitor.
