[MU4 Issue] (Request) Icon width and height settings

The icon width and height settings from Musescore 3 are missing from the configuration in Musescore 4, and notably are also missing from the MS3 features not implemented in MS4 page.

Are you having a problem with these sizes? The main reason they were present before was to workaround other issues that should mostly be resolved now. More information on why you are still finding you might need these would be useful.

Originally, MuseScore 4 loaded in 100% scaling due to me having turned DPI scaling off system-wide. In MuseScore 3, since the -D option didn't work for me, I set the icon size and font size to be larger for it to be usable. When I updated to MuseScore 4, I tried to do the same thing, with no luck. Tthe problem with high DPI and the -D option seems to be gone in MuseScore 4, so I can use -D 120 to resolve the issue. I was using 100% scaling when I should've been using 125%.

Though my main issue is resolved, I would still like to be able to resize the icons, since their current size at 125% is still a little bit too small.
