[MU4 Issue] VST Spitfire BBC Symphony Discover window can't be closed

Open Valdessir opened this issue 2 years ago • 1 comments

Describe the bug The window of the VST Spitfire BBC Symphony Orchestra Discover is scaled too big to be closed. Its also weirdly anchored to the top where you can only drag it horizontally, never vertically, resulting to the inacessibility of the close button.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open a new score with any instrument
  2. Open mixer
  3. Open VST, then Sptifire Audio, then BBC Symphony Orchestra Discover
  4. Note that it is too big for the close button to be visible, nor can one drag it down for said close button to be visible.

Expected behavior The VST window should be scaled similarly to the windows of other VSTs, and that it can be dragged around similarly so.

Platform information

  • OS: Windows 11, MU4.0

Additional context Upon rare occasions, when you're frantically moving the scale icon around, you randomly get it to unanchor vertically, and the close window becomes visible--however the said outcome is so rare that it's not a viable workaround.

I often experience this too, although it's variable. Workaround on Windows is to use Alt+Space to open the window menu and then you can adjust size etc. Also it should work to close with Alt+F4.
