[MU4 Issue] Regression vs MU3: bold & italic shortcuts do not not work

Describe the bug Setting text bold with Ctrl+B does not work, nor does setting italic Ctrl+I

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Double-click some text to edit it
2. Select some characters
3. Press Ctrl+B
4. See error: text is not made bold

Expected behavior Text should be made bold or italic

Platform information

• OS: Linux (on macOS, substitute Cmd for Ctrl)

Additional context In normal mode, Ctrl+B appends a measure, and it seems this happens in edit mode as well. So I think the score of the command just needs fixing. Similar for Ctrl+I, but it's worse - that command is still tied to the unsupported score-corrupting "quasi-insert mode". It used to only have that effect in normal mode, now it's going to cause problems in edit mode as well, which is where people are supposed to be able to use Ctrl+I. Can't seem to reproduce bold error in latest dev version (can in latest release) but still can't manage cmd+i for italics

Different results on different OSs: on Windows Ctrl+B and Ctrl+I don't work on Mac/Linux only Cmd+I doesn't work

fwiw all shortcuts work for me on macOS 🤷‍♂️
