[MU4] Keep gradual tempo change objects on their proper staves

The new "Gradual Tempo Change" system objects were setting all instances of themselves to staff zero on layout. This is unnecessary, as they and their clones are added to the correct staff on add or load. image

Sorry to be back again with another comment, but it seems that "System text lines" are affected too, with the same layoutSystem override. If we would remove that too, then the moveToSystemTopIfNeed method can be removed too.

Haha I just got back from dinner and I had that exact same thought, that move to system top method is probably obsolete at this point. I'll do that this evening

As @cbjeukendrup mentioned, I don't believe this is a regression. @RomanPudashkin, can you confirm that the bug still exists on this branch? I can't seem to reproduce it.
